What else changes experience

  • Stamina below 14 hours (840 minutes): experience drops to 50%. At zero stamina you get none at all.

These multipliers stack with each other and with the rate above. We read them from the server scripts, so the list changes together with the game.

Raids

Raids have no fixed schedule. The server rolls for them periodically, so the frequencies we give are averages.

The server has 38 raids. The strongest one is Thais Orc Invasion.

Vocations

Vocation HP / level Mana / level Cap / level HP regeneration Mana regeneration

Elite Knight +15 +5 +25 +300 / min 10 every 2 s +75 / min 5 every 4 s

Regeneration only ticks while your character is fed — food is capped at 20 minutes worth. It is the only thing a promotion changes: every other column stays the same as in the base vocation.

Magic cost, the base the engine uses for the mana needed for the next magic level (1600 × valueml−1): 1,1 - Sorcerer, Druid; 1,4 - Paladin; 3,0 - Knight. The lower it is, the faster magic grows — which is why a knight barely trains magic at all.

Base speed is the same for every vocation (70 at level 1) and grows by 1 with every level gained — that is why it is not in the table.

Promotion (Master Sorcerer, Elder Druid, Royal Paladin, Elite Knight) is bought with the !promotion command for 20 000 gp from level 20. Requires a Premium Account — without one the engine reverts the vocation on your next login.

Houses

Price2500 gp / SQM
Required level80
Sold / total14 / 1103

Buying a house also requires a Premium Account. Stand in the doorway and type !buyhouse — the price is the rate per SQM times the size of the house.

Item upgrading

At the blacksmith (the anvil icon in the inventory window or in the top bar) you raise the stat of an equipped item by 1 per level. The level never drops — a failed attempt costs only the gold and leaves the item exactly as it was. The brake is the price, not the risk of losing anything. Wands gain +1% damage per level instead of a flat number, because they differ from one another by orders of magnitude, and a backpack gains one slot per level (a plain one at +10 holds 30 items, a backpack of holding 34). Boots can be upgraded even with no armour at all; the exception is footwear that transforms by itself, such as soft boots — the upgrade would vanish along with them. There is no minimum character level.

Weapon, shield, wand, backpack Armour Chance Attempt cost
+1 100% 2k
+2 +1 95% 5k
+3 90% 1cc
+4 +2 80% 2cc
+5 70% 4cc
+6 +3 60% 7.5cc
+7 50% 13cc
+8 +4 40% 22cc
+9 30% 38cc
+10 +5 20% 65cc

Armour has 5 levels instead of 10 and climbs every second rung of the same ladder — the last step costs the same either way. The reason: armour is subtracted from every hit, so +10 on each of five pieces would double the protection of a full set. The top level grants an extra bonus: armour +7 speed (shown in the item description, e.g. "Arm:16, Speed +7"), shield +3 shielding, wand +3 magic level, melee weapons +3 to their own skill, bows and crossbows +3 distance.
